Tour Leader Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate group tours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.Provide engaging information about destinations, including history, culture, and attractions.Manage tour logistics such as transportation, accommodation check-ins, and activity scheduling.Assist executives with any inquiries, concerns, or special needs during the trip.Ensure the safety and well-being of all.Handle unexpected challenges, such as itinerary changes or emergencies.Communicate effectively with local vendors, guides, and service providers.Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere within the group. Qualifications:Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Tourism or any related fields.Previous experience as a Tour Leader or Travel Guide (Experienced in the China Region is preferred).Fluent in English & ChineseKnowledge of specific destinations, cultures, or languages.Ability to handle unexpected situations with problem-solving skills.Passion for travel and cultural exploration.Flexible schedule and willingness to travel frequently.Willing to WFO full time in Gading Serpong area.
