Job DescriptionPerform daily administrative operations, including the preparation of PNBP Royalty billing IDs.Organize, manage, and maintain company records and documents in a structured and systematic manner.Input, update, and maintain data within the E-PNBP ESDM system.Prepare accurate administrative reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Prepare and distribute administrative documents required by related departments.Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative requirements.Monitor and support the sales process from field operations through customer delivery.Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by management.Ensure the confidentiality and security of company data and documentation.Ensure all data and reports are accurate and submitted within established deadlines. QualificationsBachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance Administration, Management, or Accounting.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (experience in sales administration is an advantage).Strong understanding of Nickel Royalty PNBP procedures is considered an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong skills in Excel.Demonstrated ability to manage administrative data, records, and documentation efficiently.Experienced in preparing routine administrative reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).Basic knowledge of financial administration, invoicing, and simple tax filing is an advantage.Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage time effectively.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
