US Senior Accountant – Reviewer / U.S. Accounting (QuickBooks | US GAAP | ASC 606) | Immediate Joiner Only (6.30pm-3.30am IST)

Must have: 10+ years of core U.S. accounting experience (direct, hands-on - NO offshore/BPO/KPO) at a U.S. CPA firm or in-house at a U.S. company.

Remote Role. Sat and Sun are off.

⚠️ Apply ONLY if ALL of the following apply:

• 5+ years in a review/oversight capacity, not just execution
• Strong, practical command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com (mandatory)
• Individually handled at least one integration/migration involving QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Bill.com (not just used the tools - actually configured/managed an integration)
• Immediate joiner - notice period max 1 week

• Your experience is offshore/BPO/shared-services (indirect U.S. exposure)
• You've only done execution work, not review/sign-off
• No hands-on Bill.com experience

Role: Review month-end close, reconciliations, AP, journal entries, and accruals prepared by our existing accounting specialist. Provide GAAP/ASC 606 technical guidance. Sign off on financials. Escalation point for complex issues. Occasional direct client contact for high-stakes matters only.
