Build the enterprise sales engine for a new category.
Fynro is building an AI-powered personal finance and wealth advisory platform for India - combining technology with real human advisors to help people make better decisions across budgeting, savings, investments, insurance, loans, tax planning and long-term wealth creation.
We are now taking Fynro to corporates as a financial wellness benefit for employees.
This is still a largely under-penetrated category in India. Most companies offer insurance, health benefits and wellness programs, but very few offer structured financial guidance that helps employees reduce money stress, plan better and build long-term financial confidence.
We believe this can become a meaningful new employee benefit category — and we are looking for a founding enterprise sales leader to build that motion from the ground up.
The Role:
We are looking for a Founding VP — Enterprise Sales to personally open, pitch and close medium-to-large corporate accounts, primarily in Chennai, and eventually across India.
This is a hands-on, founder-level sales role. You will carry your own number, build deep C-suite relationships, create the enterprise sales playbook, and help shape Fynro’s corporate offering through direct market feedback.
You will sell to CEOs, CHROs, CFOs and senior HR leaders — positioning Fynro as a funded or co-funded employee financial wellness benefit.
Over time, you will also mentor and build a small enterprise sales team around you.
What You Will Own
- Build Fynro’s enterprise sales motion from the first few anchor clients to a repeatable, scalable playbook.
- Personally identify, pitch and close medium-to-large corporate accounts.
- Build strong relationships with CHROs, CEOs, CFOs and senior HR leaders.
- Create the business case for financial wellness as a serious employee benefit, not a nice-to-have perk.
- Navigate complex B2B buying cycles across HR, finance, leadership and procurement.
- Work closely with founders, product and marketing to refine the enterprise proposition.
- Build account-based sales and marketing strategies for high-value corporate accounts.
- Represent Fynro in HR, benefits, leadership and industry networks.
- Build credibility and thought leadership in the employee financial wellness space.
- Mentor 1–2 enterprise sales managers as the function grows.
- Contribute as a founding leader to Fynro’s culture, operating rhythm and company-building journey.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate sales, partnerships or consultative B2B selling.
- Proven ability to sell to senior decision-makers, ideally CHROs, CEOs, CFOs or business heads.
- Experience selling into HR, employee benefits, insurance, health benefits, HRTech, fintech, wealth, wellness or B2B2C categories is a strong plus.
- Ability to build a market from scratch, not just manage an existing pipeline.
- Strong consultative selling skills — able to diagnose a company’s needs, understand budgets and build a tailored business case.
- High comfort with networking, events, LinkedIn-led prospecting and relationship-led sales.
- Strong communication, presence and credibility in senior rooms.
- High ownership, resilience and founder-like accountability.
- Willingness to be based in Chennai and travel as needed.
We are also open to candidates with a strong consulting background — McKinsey, Bain, BCG or equivalent — who have the maturity, commercial instinct and relationship skills to build a consultative enterprise sales motion.
Tier-1 MBA / UG pedigree is preferred, but not mandatory. We care most about demonstrated excellence, judgment, ownership and ability to close senior stakeholders.

Compensation: ₹40L + performance-linked variable for Year 1, with full market-matched revision at Series A (roughly 1.5 years out), plus significant ESOP ownership from day 1.
