Vice President of Sales and Head of Revenue
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-orientedVice President of Sales / Head of Revenue to join our ExecutiveLeadership Team. Reporting directly to the President, you will ownthe overarching revenue strategy and build the sales infrastructurenecessary to achieve our ambitious multi-year growth goals.
CI-Group’s focus is driving proactive, sustainable clientacquisition and account expansion across Fortune 500 and Fortune1000 targets. You will lead, mentor, and expand our current salesteam, install rigorous CRM discipline, establish SOPs, and serve asthe growth voice on our executive bench.
As an "Executive Hunter," you will be expected to balancehigh-level strategic leadership with active personal sales. You willbe directly responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managingyour own portfolio of key accounts, while driving strategy andbuilding and mentoring the broader sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Scale Revenue: Own the growth roadmap, setting and achieving clear annualand quarterly revenue objectives.
Diversify Client Base: Develop strategies to expand market share in Fortune500/1000 accounts, systematically mitigating clientconcentration risks.
Executive Leadership: Serve as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team,actively collaborating in company governance andquarterly/annual planning using the Traction / EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) rhythm.
Budget Accountability: Manage the revenue, sales operations, and demand generationbudgets with strict ROI tracking.
Lead Existing Team: Coach, mentor, and elevate our current account/sales teamto drive both net-new acquisition and existing account growth.
Recruit & Scale: Strategically recruit, hire, and onboard high-performingsales executives and account representatives to expand ourmarket footprint.
Compensation & Incentives: Design and oversee competitive, performance-driven salescompensation, commission structure, and incentive plans.
Sales SOPs: Establish clear, repeatable, data-backed sales processes,standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deal stages frominitial prospect contact to closed account expansion.
CRM Discipline: Own the optimal configuration, enforcement, and daily usageof our CRM platform ( HubSpot ), turning CRM data into real-time pipeline reporting andpredictable forecasting.
Performance Metrics (KPIs): Define, track, and regularly report on critical sales KPIs(conversion rates, pipeline velocity, average deal size, accountretention, share of wallet).
4. Demand Generation & Cross-Functional Alignment
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing/demand generation functions to buildeffective inbound/outbound lead streams, targeted account-basedmarketing (ABM) campaigns, and brand awareness efforts.
Ops Alignment: Work closely with our operations, warehousing, andfulfillment teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clientvolumes without sacrificing quality or customer experience.

Experience and Skills
- Proven Executive Experience: 10+ years of progressive salesleadership experience, with a track record as a VP of Sales,Director of Sales, or Head of Revenue leading teams in mid-sized,growing companies.
Industry Expertise: Experience in Branded Merchandise, CorporateGifting, Kitting, 3PL/Fulfillment, or B2B Contract Servicesstrongly preferred.
Enterprise Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of acquiring,growing, and retaining Fortune 500 / Fortune 1000 enterprise accounts.
Builder Mindset: Proven history of building salesinfrastructure—turning an unstructured or operational salesenvironment into a disciplined, data-driven revenue engine.
CRM & Tech Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems(HubSpot experience highly valued) and sales enablement tools.
EOS / Traction Familiarity: Hands-on experience working within anEOS framework is a major plus.
Leadership & Culture: Exceptional coaching skills, highemotional intelligence, and experience integrating seamlessly intofamily-owned or closely held business environments.

- Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and monthlycommission programs based on contract gross margins, with targetOTE of $110,000 – $150,000+
