About the Role
The Company is searching for a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to spearhead and lead enterprise-wide projects that are pivotal in driving both organic and inorganic growth, enhancing value creation, and professionalizing essential processes throughout the organization.
This executive will be a key partner to the CEO, Co-Founder, and the executive leadership team, as well as to private equity sponsors and cross‑functional leaders, ensuring the successful execution of a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.
The role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of three years’ post‑MBA consulting experience at a top‑tier firm, who can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end management of strategic projects from conception to implementation.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support decision‑making.
