Videographer Assistant  — KClub GroupLocation : BaliWe are seeking a passionate and creative Videographer Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting video production and editing dynamic, engaging content for our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:Edit high-quality video content for social media, website, and other marketing platforms.Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. Perform video editing including cutting, color correction, transitions, adding music, sound effects, subtitles, and motion graphics. Collaborate with creative teams (videographers, producers, marketing team) to ensure content aligns with campaign strategy and brand identity.

Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and ensure smooth workflow. Operate camera equipment (mirrorless) for photo and video production when needed. Operate drone for aerial videography and assist in drone footage editing.

Handle basic drone maintenance and ensure equipment is ready for production. Utilize AI tools to improve workflow efficiency (editing support, subtitles, enhancement, content ideas, etc). Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Multimedia/Film/Broadcasting industry (Fresh graduates are welcome).Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus). Experience editing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).Able to operate drone for shooting, editing drone footage, and perform basic maintenance (preferred).Able to operate mirrorless camera for photography and videography (preferred). Familiar with AI tools for editing workflow, content creation, or productivity (preferred).

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills. Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, good communication and prioritization skills. Based in Bali or willing to relocate/work in Bali buatin kata kata atasnya dulu
