What You’ll Do:Design visual assets for social media, digital ads, and e-commerce platforms — primarily for Instagram, Shopee, and Tokopedia.Translate creative briefs into effective, scroll-stopping visuals that spark interest and drive conversions.Stay on top of design trends and apply them to keep our content fresh and relevant.Collaborate closely with the online marketing team to create content that’s not only aesthetic but results-driven.Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, with minimal micromanage.
What We’re Looking For:Design-ObsessedYou live and breathe design, constantly seeking inspiration and leveling up your craft.Tool-ProficientSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.Strong Visual CommunicatorSolid understanding of layout, typography, and color — and how to use them to tell a story visually.Detail-Oriented & Self-ManagedYou own your work from concept to final export, staying organized and proactive throughout.Trend-Aware & Performance-MindedYou know what’s trending and how to design with purpose — not just for looks, but for results.Team Player & Clear CommunicatorOpen to feedback, collaborative, and great at turning ideas into action.
