Warehouse Manager

Job Description:Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation.Ensure proper inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling stock discrepancies.Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and health & safety standards (HSE).Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.Oversee warehouse layout optimization and ensure proper use of storage space and material handling equipment.Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (accuracy, lead time, stock turnover, etc.) to improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with company standards, quality assurance, and applicable regulations.Prepare warehouse activity and performance reports for management. Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 5–7 years of work experience in warehouse/supply chain management.Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling systems.Certified in Supply Chain Management.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System).Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accuracy-driven.Knowledgeable about HSE regulations and capable of implementing them in a warehouse environment.Placement Pasar Kemis - Tangerang
