We are currently looking for an active and passionate professional to join us as a strategic business partner in the role of Workplace & Travel Services Assistant Manager.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling overall organizational support services, particularly in office affairs and general administration. You will ensure that services provided to line management and the wider organization are effective, compliant, and aligned with good corporate governance, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure all workplace and general services activities are conducted in compliance with quality, food safety, feed safety, environmental, occupational health, and safety requirements.Lead the Workplace & Travel Services team in the development, implementation, and socialization of policies, procedures, guidelines, and SOPs related to general services and facility management.Oversee and coordinate the provision of travel management services, including expatriate formalities, transportation, and accommodation for employees and guests.Manage and optimize the utilization of office operations and facilities, including office space, general office equipment, and support facilities.Ensure effective coordination and delivery of employee meal/catering services, housekeeping, and pest control, including performance monitoring of third‑party service providers.Act as a role model and business partner to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement across general services functions.
Job Requirement:Willing to be based in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Facility Management or General Services.Proven hands-on experience managing third‑party service providers, particularly in housekeeping and catering services.Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to lead effectively while working collaboratively within a team.Demonstrates strong leadership, stakeholder management, and role‑model behavior.Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
