Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Classcard, you’ll play a key role in driving new revenue by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across global markets.
You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations, understanding customer needs, and showcasing how Classcard solves real operational problems through effective demos and consultative selling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound execution, relationship building, and closing meaningful deals in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting (Core)
- Generate and qualify leads through email, phone, and social outreach
- Research accounts and contacts to ensure ICP fit before outreach
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM
- Prioritise high-intent and high-fit opportunities
Discovery, Demos & Sales Execution
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Run tailored product demos aligned to customer use cases
- Guide prospects through the sales process from first call to close
- Draft proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Track deal progress, follow-ups, and next steps consistently
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Provide clear visibility into pipeline and forecasts
Collaboration & Handover
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
- Coordinate with customer success for smooth post-sale handovers
- Share feedback from prospects to improve product positioning and sales motion
What We're Looking For
- 1+years' experience in B2B SaaS sales (BDR / SDR / inside sales)
- Comfortable with outbound and inbound sales motions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Organised, disciplined, and target-driven
- Comfortable using CRM tools and modern sales software
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into APAC or EMEA markets
- Prior experience running product demos
- Exposure to early-stage or growth-stage SaaS environments
