Role Description
Dusker AI is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will drive the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and growing long-term client relationships. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their AI evaluation and benchmarking needs while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate qualified enterprise leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business challenges and AI evaluation requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with enterprise stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and account growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business and non-technical decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience selling AI, machine learning, analytics, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
