We are looking for energetic, and result-oriented Engineers from Mechanical and Chemical Engineering disciplines to join our team as Senior Field Sales Executives for marketing and sales of Industrial Fuels and Chemicals.
The job responsibilities include :
· Sale of industrial products including Furnace Oil, Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Process Oils, and Elemental Sulfur.
· Target high-volume buyers across manufacturing, chemical plants, and heavy industries in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with future expansion into adjoining states.
· Conduct daily field visits to secure new commercial accounts and expand territory market share.
· Negotiate bulk contracts specifying pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with plant heads and procurement managers.
· Manage account receivables to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy company cash flow.
· Territory Expansion: Successfully establishing new client footprints in adjacent states.
Qualification & Requirements : The candidate to possess:
* Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering is mandatory to handle technical product discussions.
* Below 35 yrs
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B field sales for petroleum, lubricants, or industrial chemicals.
* Core Traits: Must be highly passionate, self-driven, and result-oriented with a track record of meeting strict volume goals.
* Market Mobility: Deep geographic knowledge of AP & Telangana, and readiness for extensive travel.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong executive presence to close high-value deals with factory owners and corporate
Salary And compensation .
Candidates can expect a minimum compensation which can be discussed depending on suitability and experience
* Fixed Base Salary: ₹75,000 per month.
* Incentives: Highly lucrative, volume-based performance incentives with no upper cap.
