Job Summary
Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused, and result-oriented Admissions & Patient Services Executive to manage patient admissions, counselling, lead conversion, and patient relationship management. The role requires handling prospective patient enquiries, guiding patients through treatment and admission processes, coordinating with doctors and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless patient journey from enquiry to discharge.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and counselling skills, a good understanding of hospital operations, and the ability to convert admission enquiries into confirmed admissions. Experience in healthcare admissions, patient services, insurance coordination, government health panels, or hospital business development will be an added advantage.
- Handle all admission enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, website leads, CRM, referrals, camps, and marketing activities.
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment options, Panchkarma programs, room categories, duration of stay, expected outcomes, and hospital facilities.
- Guide patients through admission procedures and required documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to understand patient requirements and recommend appropriate treatment programs.
- Ensure smooth admission, room allocation, and discharge processes.
- Manage and track all admission-related leads through the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients and attendants.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Maintain lead conversion records and admission pipelines.
- Work towards monthly admission and occupancy targets set by management.
- Support business growth through improved admission conversion rates and patient retention.
- Assist patients covered under CGHS, ECHS, Delhi University, GAIL, PSU panels, insurance providers, and other healthcare schemes.
- Coordinate required documentation, approvals, and patient support related to panel and insurance cases.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with applicable processes and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records, admission files, and CRM data.
- Ensure timely data entry in Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HMS).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to admissions, leads, conversions, occupancy, and patient services.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred).
- Certification in Hospital Administration or Medical Insurance will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a TPA Executive, Admission Executive, or Patient Relations Executive in a reputed hospital.
- Candiddates having experience in handling Government Health Panels such as CGHS, Delhi University (DU), other government/corporate empanelment’s and similar other Hospital work experience are preferred.
