SK Nanda F & B values strong client relationships, timely execution, and attention to detail in every event.Role Description The Appointment Setter for Catering Events is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients to schedule appointments and consultations for catering services, following up on inquiries from phone calls, emails, and online leads. The Appointment Setter will maintain and update scheduling calendars, coordinate appointment details with the sales and operations teams, and confirm bookings and event requirements with clients.
Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, gathering key event information, recording accurate data in the CRM or tracking tools, and ensuring all appointments are organized and communicated clearly. The role requires consistent professional communication, prompt responses to customer queries, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support smooth event planning.Qualifications Demonstrated ability in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling for multiple clients or events.Experience with Lead Generation, including follow-up on inquiries and outbound outreach to prospective customers.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional phone manner and clear written communication.Basic proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, or CRM systems to manage appointments and client information.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple bookings and deadlines.Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with sales and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in catering, hospitality, or event management support is an advantage.Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in hospitality, business, or related fields is a plus.
