Job Description
Job Responsibilities:• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.• Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback.• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, product updates, and company initiatives.• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with upper management.• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.• Train new sales team members and provide ongoing development opportunities.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends. Job Requirements:• Min. graduated from diploma (D3) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Preferably a Bachelor's degree graduate.● Able to join immediately (ASAP).• 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or eadership role.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.• Possesses a good knowledge of the Bandung area.
