Assistant Financial Analyst

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Finance within IT companies (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Financial Analysis);
• Understanding of management accounting, basic revenue recognition principles, and project unit economics (would be a plus);
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems in Economics, etc.);
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, profitability and efficiency analysis, and business case development would be a strong advantage;
• Experience with Power BI and SQL would be a significant plus;
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices for compliance with international contracts;
• Analyze commercial terms, including Time & Materials, Fixed Price, and hybrid engagement models;
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team;
• Oversee and coordinate the Finance team;
• Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances;
• Prepare, develop, and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) reports;
• Participate in month-end closing activities;
• Prepare revenue and accounts receivable summaries and reconciliations;
• Support audits and tender processes;
• Prepare analytical reports and financial files;
• Assist with financial modeling and forecasting activities;
• Handle ad hoc requests from management;
• Participate in process automation initiatives, including Salesforce and Bitrix24;
• Drive reporting and process optimization efforts.
