Assistant Sales ManagerLocation: Nusa Dua & Petitenget, Bali

KClub group Is seeking and experienced and strategic Assistant Sales Manager to drive revenue and growth with travel agents and offline collaborations

This is a senior commercial role responsible for expanding market presence, developing highvalue partnerships, and delivering strong sales performance while working closely with operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:Solicit and handle sales opportunities to achieve personal and team revenue goalsIdentify new markets and business opportunities in assigned segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, etc.).Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat bookings.Network within the local community and attend trade shows to expand the customer base.Generate proposals and contracts, ensuring they align with hotel pricing standardsPrepare monthly reports on sales activities, production, and market trendsCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for booked business.

Requirements:Both native spoken/written Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English communicationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales role within a hotel or resort environment.Strong network within corporate and travel trade markets is a mustProven track record in achieving revenue targets and market expansion.Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
