Job descriptionResponsible for selected modern trade channel Job descriptionDevelop and sustain a yearly or medium-term plan for the respective area as well as customers/sub-channel of National Key Account & Modern Trade Independent type of outlet (Minimarket/Supermarket/Hypermarket) and ensure that plans are in line with company objectives.Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges. Develop and implement corrective actions as needed.Deliver sales volume forecasting from customer and channel respective.Ensure successful launches of new products into modern trade.Responsible for A&P from planning, execution to monitoring to achieve the sales objective efficiently.Build strong relation and communication with key customer to ensure long term business partnership.Work with distributor sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation. Job specificationDegree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC food companies.Experience in modern trade channel is desired as a Key Account Executive or Assistant Key Account Manager or Key Account Manager, and experience in working through distributors is preferred for this position.Displays potential for taking initiative and with inter-personal and communication skills.Has basic analytical and problem solving skills.Fluent in local language and English.Willing to travel out-station and overseas when required.
