Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Associate Manager – Enterprise Sales to manage the full enterprise sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers. This role involves closing high-value deals, developing strategic sales plans, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate has proven B2B/enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in CRM-based pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure across designated sectors or geographies Build strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, account penetration, and customer acquisition
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs and other key decision makers in large enterprises
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and industry engagements
- Lead proposals, RFPs, and commercial negotiations to secure high-value, multi-year deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Product, and Delivery teams to design client-centric solutions
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics via CRM tools
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy refinement
- Mentor junior sales professionals, defining clear goals and driving performance
- Partner with customer success and delivery teams to ensure exceptional post-sales experience
Required Experience, Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is required.
- Strong industry network and demonstrated engagement with large enterprise clients
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho, and in tracking sales metrics
- Resilience and agility in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
