Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for converting enquiries into bookings over phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels while building strong customer relationships.
An ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. They should be comfortable presenting our products and services, handling customer queries, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
The goal is to help the company grow by acquiring new customers and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Contact potential and existing customers to explain our products and services using approved sales scripts.
* Answer customer queries regarding our packages, pricing, offers, and company.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable package.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Update customer information accurately in the CRM/database.
* Process bookings and payments accurately.
* Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining the company’s reputation.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions.
* Go the extra mile to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
* Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling inbound enquiries.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email, and CRM tools.
* Ability to learn about products and explain them confidently to customers.
* Cool-tempered, positive attitude, and able to handle rejection professionally.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
* Previous experience in business development, sales, inside sales, telesales, customer relationship management, or a similar role will be preferred
