Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gambir for a B2B Sales Executive. The B2B Sales Executive will identify and establish relationships with corporate clients, promote Mister Aladin's travel solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving set revenue targets.
The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions and support business growth efforts.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide effective client relationship management and customer careProven skills in market research and identifying business opportunitiesProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is requiredPrevious experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
