Business Development Associate - IT Services & Products

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BDA to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT Services and Product offerings. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Understand customer requirements and position our IT services and products effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, AI, and enterprise products is preferred.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Location: Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or be willing to relocate.
