Job Description
Job Summary
HomeLane Nallagandla is looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation through strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and the real estate community. The ideal candidate should be field-oriented, possess excellent networking skills, and have a thorough understanding of the real estate and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Work primarily on-site and in the field to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, builders, developers, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Identify and generate high-quality interior design leads through continuous networking and market visits.
- Develop strong partnerships with gated communities, apartment associations, and real estate professionals.
- Maintain regular interactions with channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow and long-term business relationships.
- Stay updated with new residential projects, property launches, handovers, and real estate developments in and around Hyderabad.
- Understand customer requirements and educate prospects about HomeLane's interior solutions, products, process, and value proposition.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, apartment activations, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads generated, and conversion status.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

- Good understanding of home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior design solutions.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, channel sales, real estate, or interior industry preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional networking and communication skills may also apply.
