About the RoleHandle and manage business development projects independently based on assignments, through data analysis, activity planning, and financial reporting to ensure projects are executed efficiently and provide optimal contribution to the growth of the manufacturing business. Job Description :Manage business development projects as assigned to ensure strategic project objectives are achieved through structured planning.Conduct financial analysis and project ROI to provide a basis for efficient and measurable decision-making.Conduct market research and industry trends within the project scope to ensure business initiatives remain relevant and competitive.Develop business cases, activity plans, and project resource requirements to ensure optimal implementation readiness.Prepare periodic progress reports and analysis recommendations to support project visibility and control.Coordinate with relevant internal project functions to ensure smooth implementation and achievement of project results.Identify project implementation risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain project continuity and effectiveness. Qualification :Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Polymer Engineering.Minimum 4 years in Steel/Metal manufacturing (Steel Door, Metal Furniture, etc)Knowledge & Skill : Basic financial and ROI analysis, Business project planning and reporting, Cross-functional communication and coordination, Market and competitor research, Presentation development and stakeholder communication, Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), Understanding of operational KPIs and budgetingPlacement : Cikande, Banten.
