About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, lead generation, networking, and closing business opportunities. This role involves building strong relationships, conducting outreach, and occasionally visiting clients or project sites when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Network with potential customers and industry professionals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both virtual and in person.
- Present projects, explain offerings, and address client queries.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain records of calls, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Occasionally travel for field visits when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong networking abilities.
- Confident in making sales calls.- Self-motivated and target-oriented. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development.
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is an advantage.
