The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandBuild and acquire new sales leads and grow potential hotel and property ownersEngage client relationshipsKeep abreast of local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targetsPrepare sales materials such as proposals or contracts Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experienceHas experience in canvassingStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsFocused and goal-orientedCan join as soon as possible
