Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate the growth of our specialized Digital Engineering Practice. In this role, you will drive new client acquisition and expand our market share across the Middle East, India, and global enterprise landscapes.
You will act as a strategic advisor to mid-market and enterprise CXOs, helping them navigate complex cloud migrations, implement automated software delivery pipelines, adopt AI-driven automation, and modernize monolithic legacy systems into agile SaaS/PaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts for Cloud, DevOps, AI, and App Modernization services.
- Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders to map Teceze’s technical capabilities directly to their core business strategies and ROI metrics.
- Practice Alignment: Pitch integrated solutions across our three innovation pillars:
- Cloud & DevOps: Multi-cloud/hybrid migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP), IaC, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and FinOps/cost optimization frameworks.
- AI & Intelligent Automation: Machine learning models, process automation, predictive analytics, and smart integrations.
- Application Modernization: Turning legacy monolithic software into cloud-native SaaS/PaaS architectures.
- Deal Architecture & Collaboration: Partner closely with Teceze solution architects, technical delivery leads, and global procurement teams to design compelling commercial models, comprehensive statements of work (SOWs), and formal proposals.
- Ecosystem Leverages: Collaborate with our tier-one public cloud and technology partners to maximize co-sell opportunities and joint pipeline generation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- 5 to 8+ years of proven B2B technology sales or business development experience, specifically selling IT services, managed services, or digital engineering solutions.
- A verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding net-new revenue targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Technical & Domain Familiarity
- Solid conceptual understanding of Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Oracle or GCP) and DevOps principles (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Familiarity with digital engineering concepts, including microservices architecture, API integrations, and AI/Machine Learning use cases in enterprise settings.
- Ability to comfortably pivot between high-level business value discussions and technical validation sessions.
