Key Role -
-> At least 12+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
-> Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies. Should be familiar with cross selling various service lines for customers.
-> Ability to present and interact at all levels, and have consultative sales capability.
-> Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
-> Exposure to delivery, sales or pre-sales roles will be required.
-> Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geos.
-> Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the all levels.
-> Carry targets on revenue, bookings and OM.
-> Get involved in resolving any people management issue within teams
-> Generating leads by interacting with the customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint.
-> Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
-> Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.
- > Work closely with senior customer team (CIO, VPs and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth
1. Client Relationship & Account Strategy
- Account Farming: Manage and nurture relationships with existing BFSI clients (primarily Private Sector Banking) to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Account Planning: Develop client-specific annual account strategies aligned with industry trends and vertical goals.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and build strong networks with client leadership and CXOs.
2. Revenue & Sales Growth
- Pipeline Development: Proactively identify new opportunities through cold calling, networking events, industry forums, and joint alliance propositions.
- Deal Closure: Lead the entire sales pursuit, including project proposals, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and pricing approvals.
- Cross-Selling: Showcase the organization's broader capabilities (Digital, Cloud, acquisitions) to maximize the share of the client's wallet.
3. Delivery & Operations Management
- Delivery Oversight: Monitor project dashboards and MIS to ensure execution aligns with quality standards and contract charters.
- Escalation Resolution: Manage and resolve client disputes or delivery deviations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Drive resource planning, quarterly demand forecasting, timely invoicing, and proactive collections.
