Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic Career Advisor – STEM Programs who has experience in counselling and selling STEM, Robotics, Coding, AI, or teacher upskilling programs.
The ideal candidate will counsel teachers, school leaders, educational institutions, parents, and students, understand their learning requirements, and guide them toward the most suitable STEM certification and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel qualified leads regarding STEM, Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Design Thinking, and related certification programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable STEM learning pathway.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Build long-term relationships with educators, schools, parents, and learners through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with senior counsellors and the academic team for successful closures.
- Stay updated on emerging STEM technologies, educational trends, and program offerings.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and counselling events.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory).
- 2–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
- Prior experience in selling STEM, Robotics, Coding, AI, STEAM, Teacher Training, or Skill Development Programs is highly preferred.
- Strong B2C counselling and consultative selling experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build trust with educators, parents, and school decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM tools for lead management.
- Team leadership experience will be an added advantage.
