Role OverviewTencent Overseas Ad Network (AdN) is a core business unit of Tencent Ads, providing high-quality ad monetization and user acquisition solutions for global app developers, game publishers, and advertisers. We are seeking a Senior Anti-Fraud Strategy Specialist to combat ad fraud in the overseas AdN ecosystem, design and iterate detection strategies, analyze emerging fraud tactics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect advertiser ROI and publisher trust. The role requires a data-driven mindset, deep expertise in anti-fraud, and adaptability to a fast-paced global environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Develop and iterate end-to-end anti-fraud strategies for the overseas AdN, covering pre-bid, in-flight, and post-event phases. Target various fraud schemes (e.g., IVT, click farms) across multiple ad formats.Advanced Analytics & AI: Leverage distributed data platforms and large-scale models (LLMs) to conduct in-depth mining of ad events. Integrate AI technologies to achieve precise risk identification, extract high-value features, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Performance Optimization: Define and track core anti-fraud KPIs.
Optimize strategy precision through A/B testing to balance fraud prevention with legitimate traffic growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deploy strategies into real-time risk engines, ensuring low latency and alignment with business goals.Industry Monitoring: Monitor global ad fraud trends and industry standards; proactively adjust strategies to counter emerging threats in key overseas markets.Ecosystem Health: Manage fraud-related disputes with publishers and advertisers. Collaborate to promote anti-fraud best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Technical RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.3-5+ years of hands-on experience in anti-fraud strategy, traffic quality, or risk management within the mobile ad tech industry.Strong data processing and analysis capabilities with familiarity in distributed data platforms. Proficiency in SQL and Python is required; experience with LLM applications is a strong advantage.In-depth understanding of the mobile ad ecosystem, attribution logic, monetization models, and industry standards (e.g., IAB).Deep understanding of various ad fraud tactics and verifiable experience in designing anti-fraud strategies and AI-driven risk identification.Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in overseas ad business or AdN operations at top-tier tech companies.Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies for fraud detection, with practical experience in innovative AI applications.Familiarity with real-time stream processing frameworks (e.g., Flink, Kafka), rule engines, or big data platforms.Experience in game ad monetization or app ecosystems; TAG certification or compliance experience is preferred.
