Job Description
Provide cultural and confidential administrative support to the Child & Family Services Intervention team. This role requires strong judgment and professionalism, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to community values. The Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Intervention Manager and the team.
With responsibilities like scheduling, document management, and meeting coordination, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations. This position emphasizes confidentiality and respects Indigenous protocols while supporting families in need. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Intervention Manager and team • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel logistics • Maintain workflow tracking systems for team efficiency • Ensure compliance with sensitive documentation handling • Support internal meetings with minute-taking and follow-up Requirements: • Diploma in Office Administration or related field • 3–5 years administrative experience, preferably in services • Strong understanding of confidentiality and professionalism • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems • Clear Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract Bring your administrative skills to support the impactful work of the Intervention team at Child & Family Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
