Job Description
Excellent customer service skills are needed for a Customer Service Representative position at Definity. Work hybrid and resolve client inquiries through calls and emails with professionalism. As part of the team led by the CCA Team Leader, your responsibilities include managing incoming inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction, and accurately entering data into systems.
You’ll build strong customer rapport while providing information related to coverage and arranging supplemental services as needed.
