\nWe are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of brand activations, promotional campaigns, retail branding, roadshows, and experiential marketing initiatives.
\nThis role requires excellent communication, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities \n- \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing requirements. \n
- Manage end-to-end execution of BTL marketing campaigns, including brand activations, roadshows, apartment activations, mall activations, retail branding, product launches, sampling campaigns, kiosks, and experiential events. \n
- Coordinate with creative, production, operations, fabrication, logistics, and vendor teams to ensure timely project delivery. \n
- Prepare campaign proposals, presentations, quotations, timelines, and execution plans. \n
- Attend client meetings, conduct campaign briefings, and provide regular project updates. \n
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure flawless campaign execution across multiple locations. \n
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with execution insights, photographs, and performance metrics. \n
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service delivery. \n
- Manage campaign budgets, vendor coordination, billing documentation, and project closures. \n
- Conduct market visits and oversee on-ground execution whenever required. \n
- Identify opportunities for campaign enhancements and recommend innovative offline marketing solutions. \n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Strong client relationship management abilities. \n
- Knowledge of BTL marketing, brand activation, retail branding, experiential marketing, and promotional campaigns. \n
- Project management and coordination skills. \n
- Vendor and stakeholder management. \n
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills. \n
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). \n
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is an added advantage. \n
- Required hands on experience in Ai tools. \n
