Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Mumbai for a Senior Executive Operations at Brand Foundry. The Senior Executive Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Client's e-commerce platform. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve website performance, enhance customer experience, optimize product listings, and drive online sales.

The Senior Executive/Manager E-commerce Operations will also analyze data, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications .

• Proven experience of 1-2 years in e Commerce operations - cataloging , Inventory management , Reports and analysis .
• Extensive experience on onboarding client in different market place . Specially amazon india and global .
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms,
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent in Excel nd able to create complex sheets .
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in, Engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
