Client-Servicing Manager - Mumbai

We're Hiring: Senior Event Manager in Mumbai.

Next Level Experiences is looking for an Event Manager to lead end-to-end execution of key event projects in Mumbai. You'll represent Next Level in the market, own client relationships, and ensure every event is executed to a high design standard from concept to closure.

About us: Founded in 2012 in Bangalore and executed over 1500 events across the world. We deliver high impact brand, corporate, and private events with creative vision and flawless execution.

What you'll do:

1. Manage assigned projects from brief to closure
2. Act as SPOC between clients and internal teams/partners, representing Next Level in Mumbai
3. Conduct recces, build long-term client relationships, and drive repeat business
4. Be on-ground and available during events
5. Oversee on-ground execution and show flow
6. Own event checklists, R&R, and talent booking
7. Travel as required (domestic & international)
8. Work on pitches, proposals, and concept development
9. Build and maintain vendor, venue, and talent networks in Mumbai
10. Stay current on industry trends and innovations
11. Follow internal planning, vendor, and accounting processes; ensure post-event documentation, debriefs, and reports are delivered on time

What you need:

• 8+ years in event management with strong client-facing experience
• Deep understanding of the Mumbai market and network preferred
