About the RoleWe're looking for a driven, analytical Commercial Marketing Intern to support the growth of our Singapore and Philippines markets. Reporting to the Marketing Lead (Singapore & Philippines), you'll play a hands-on role in client acquisition, onboarding, and market strategy — working directly with commercial and cross-functional teams.
Your market focus will be:Philippines (primary): Gig economy acquisition — freelancers, developers, Singapore (secondary): SME acquisition — goods & services (eg. ecommerce sellers, wholesalers, marketing agencies)
This is a rare opportunity to gain real commercial exposure in a high-growth fintech environment, working on live strategies that directly impact revenue.

What You'll DoClient Acquisition & OnboardingFollow up with prospective and onboarding clients via calls, email, and WhatsAppIdentify and resolve onboarding roadblocks; support lead generation reviewConduct customer surveys and interviews; assist in setting up incentive campaigns
Market & Competitor ResearchResearch industry trends, competitor positioning, and market dynamics across the Philippines and Singapore payments landscape
Data Analysis & ReportingTrack and analyze onboarding performance and marketing KPIsBuild dashboards, prepare decks, and conduct customer segmentation for internal stakeholders
Operations & CoordinationSupport day-to-day marketing operations: proposals, meeting minutes, and cross-team coordination (Telesales, Business Growth, Onboarding, Risk)
Strategic ContributionParticipate in go-to-market brainstorming and contribute to World Account growth initiatives
RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldStrong interest in B2B fintech, consulting, payments, ecommerce, or go-to-market strategyComfortable working with data; proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPointFamiliarity with Python, AI tools, or VBA/automation is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insightsConfident engaging in client-facing interactions across calls, emails, and messaging platformsProactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented; a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentAble to commit to a 6-month full-time internshipProficiency in Filipino (Tagalog) is a strong advantage
