Compliance Analyst in Poland

As a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with management, operations and external partners. You will be responsible for the operational implementation and monitoring of compliance requirements and will support the further development of internal control and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements at EU level
• Ongoing review of internal guidelines, processes and controls
• Support and implementation of AML and KYC checks
• Monitoring of transactions and detection of suspicious patterns
• Assistance with suspicious activity reports and internal investigations
• Documentation of compliance cases, measures and controls
• Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
• Communicating with banks, service providers and supervisory authorities
• Supporting the further development of the compliance framework

Must Haves

• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the EU and Poland environment
• Confident use of common office and documentation tools
• Approval to work for a polish financial institution and correspond with the Polish regulator if necassary
• Must speak and write Polish and English (at least C1)
