Brief Background
The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for Analysing, defining, drafting, and upholding the rules, policies, procedures, and standards that guide employee conduct and organizational practices. This role ensures that all constituents voluntarily understand, accept, and adhere to these standards as part of their commitment to organizational integrity and accountability.
The role owner will oversee all aspects of compliance across the ESDS organization, ensuring that processes align with applicable regulations, internal requirements, and industry best practices. This includes maintaining regulatory readiness, promoting ethical conduct, and supporting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

The Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in upholding a robust compliance framework and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role is centred on proactive involvement in audits, policy management, and regulatory alignment.
The primary objective is to ensure that internal controls are not only well-established but also effective in identifying, addressing, and mitigating both current and emerging compliance risks.
Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.Review company policies, draft and revise company policies.Collaborate with Internal team for evidence gathering process during auditsCollaboration with external auditor for certifications.Internal Audit Process
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in designing, implementing, and updating compliance programs as per company needs.Review compliance guidelines, standards, and regulations proactively.Compile internal and external data for compliance audits and checklists.Coordinate compliance information across departments to support their operations.Support implementation of policies and procedures for better regulatory alignment.Address compliance-related queries from staff and clients.Monitor legal and regulatory changes, and advise management on required actions.Stay updated with industry standards through continuous learning.Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and add value.Support the Compliance Lead in enforcing regulations and minimizing risks.Educate staff on security best practices and handling sensitive information.Help coordinate responses to data breaches or security incidents.

EXPERIENCE2 Year Experience in compliance fieldRequired Experience for the ISO Standards clauses implementation in business organization.Good Knowledge of Procedures with according to domain.
