Hiring: Customer Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager (Hybrid – South India) Aceolution is hiring an experienced Customer Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager to support and oversee contact center operations for our newly established delivery center in Madagascar. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global operations environment while being based in South India under a hybrid work model. Preferred Locations Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune Role Overview The selected candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery, operational performance, stakeholder coordination, and overall contact center governance for the Madagascar operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day contact center operations and service delivery Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics Handle operational escalations and performance reporting Drive process improvements and operational optimization initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders Support governance and operational oversight for the Madagascar contact center ✅ Preferred Profile Experience in Contact Center / BPO Operations Management Prior experience as a Customer Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager Strong people management and stakeholder management skills Exposure to international operations is preferred French language proficiency is an Must Why Join?
