Job Descript ion:This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service across phone, video, chat, and email channels.
You will handle the onboarding of new clients, resolve queries and complaints, and manage client payments. You will collaborate closely with other teams to improve client service processes and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience. As the role evolves, it may be adjusted to align with business needs and the unique skills and talents of each team mem ber.
Responsibili ties:Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests over the phone, video, chat, and e mail.Conduct client onboarding to ensure a smooth integration pro cess.Coordinate with other teams to improve client service processes and integrate feed back.Provide accurate client-related reports for informed business decision-ma king.Manage client payments and ensure accurate financial trac king.Maintain flexibility to adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve and as individual strengths are identi fied.Schedule meetings for clients and follo w up.
