Job Overview We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our E-Commerce Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and prior experience handling customer queries through voice. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.
Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Manage escalations and complex customer issues professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements Hiring fresher graduates & experienced candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Salary: 4 - 4.5 Lacs / 1 way Cab Note: Looking for immediate joiners and candidates flexible working in rotational shifts.
