Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer service Representative to support our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects for IT services and technology solutions. This role focuses on engaging decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise organizations and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to invite prospective attendees for webinars and virtual events.
Execute targeted email outreach campaigns to increase audience registrations. Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients. Engage with C-Level executives (CEO, CTO, CIO, CISO, VP, Directors) and other key decision-makers.
Follow up with invited participants to maximize attendance. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM. Achieve audience acquisition and engagement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication. Strong outbound calling and customer engagement experience. B2B sales or audience acquisition experience.
Email outreach and follow-up expertise. Strong persuasion skills. Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, Customer Service, or Audience Acquisition.
