Location: Airoli, Navi Mumb aiMod e: Work From Offi ceShif t: US Shift (Night Shif t)Weekly Of f: Saturday & Sunday Fixed O ffExperienc e: Fresher / Experienc edSalar y: ₹3.30 LPA (CT C)Facilit y: One way (dro p) Roles & Responsibilit ies:Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and cover age.Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizati ons.Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guideli nes.Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first appro ach.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when nee ded.Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targ ets. Desired Candidate Pr ofileExcellent verbal and written English communication sk ills.Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abili ties.Basic knowledge of business writing and email etiqu ette.Customer service-oriented with polished soft sk ills.Not pursuing any full-time educational co urse.Comfortable with Work From Office and Night Sh ifts.Willing to relocate within Wipro Transport Boundary (if outstat ion).Must carry original Aadhaar card and PAN Card.
