About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving property acquisition, rental conversions, broker partnerships, and overall revenue growth. The Sales Head will play a key role in expanding our AI-powered real estate platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Drive property owner acquisition for residential and commercial rentals.
- Generate and manage high-quality leads through online and offline channels.
- Develop relationships with builders, landlords, channel partners, and brokers.
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity.
- Create sales forecasts and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Implement CRM best practices and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
- Improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximize revenue per customer.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 6–10+ years of sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, SaaS, or Marketplace businesses is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
