ABOUT LINK2BUILD :
Link2Build is an early-stage quick-commerce startup building India's go-to platform for building materials and home improvement products. We are creating a one-stop solution that connects customers with trusted vendors for products like cement, steel, tiles, paints, hardware, plumbing, electricals, sanitary, and more. As a pre-launch startup, every team member will play a key role in building the business from the ground up.
THE ROLE :
We are looking for a D2C Sales & Consumer Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition
and build Link2Build's first customer base in Bengaluru. You will work directly with the
founders to bring customers onto the platform, generate orders, collect market
feedback, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN :
• Generate new customer leads through field sales and direct outreach.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, architects, and interior designers.
• Drive customer acquisition and first-order conversions.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
• Support local marketing activities and on-ground promotions.
• Travel across Bengaluru for customer meetings and business development.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, D2C Sales, or Consumer Growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers every day.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment.• Willing to travel across Bengaluru.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday are Mandatory. One weekday off will be provided between Monday and Friday.)
PREFERRED BACKGROUND :
• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, Infrastructure, Home Improvement, or Hardware industry.
• Experience in field sales, B2B sales, B2C sales, channel sales, or business development.
• Experience dealing with contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, dealers, distributors, or construction material suppliers.
WHAT THIS IS NOT :
A desk-only sales role where leads are assigned to you. This role requires meeting customers, building relationships, and growing the business on the ground.
