Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to support the development and execution of Chtrbox & QYOU’s global marketing and corporate communications initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across our offices in the United States, Dubai, and Mumbai.
Working closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications, this position will support global marketing programs including digital content, social media, website management, campaign storytelling, creative asset development, and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing, who is comfortable working across teams and time zones.
What You’ll Do
Execute Global Marketing Initiatives
- Support global marketing programs that reinforce the corporate positioning across the US, Dubai, and India.
- Translate strategy into high-quality content, including campaign recaps, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership.
Manage Website & Content
- Maintain and update website content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and announcements.
- Ensure messaging aligns with active campaigns, client work, and overall brand positioning.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements to engagement and user experience.
Lead Social Media & Content Planning
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with global marketing priorities.
- Create and publish content across corporate and executive channels.
- Repurpose existing content (PR, articles, podcasts, case studies) into platform-ready formats.
- Track performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth.
Create Marketing Assets
- Design and produce marketing materials to support campaigns, communications, and sales initiatives, including:
- Social media graphics
- Campaign and website visuals
- Presentation and newsletter assets
Drive Campaign Storytelling & Video Content
- Develop compelling narratives around client campaigns and partnerships.
- Project manage the production of campaign recap videos, sizzle reels, and case study content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver polished final assets.
Support Marketing Operations
- Assist with email marketing and campaign execution.
- Support CRM and marketing automation workflows.
- Track performance and contribute to reporting and insights.
- Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience working with international or cross-regional teams, particularly with US or European companies, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
- Experience creating and managing social media content calendars.
- Ability to design marketing assets using modern creative tools.
- Strong written English and content creation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working across time zones; flexibility in working hours may occasionally be required.
Work Environment
- This role is based in our Mumbai office and is not a remote position.
- The position collaborates closely with teams in North America, Dubai, and India, making strong communication and time-zone coordination important.
- The role supports both QYOU global marketing initiatives and Chtrbox marketing efforts in India.
