You will be:
- designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports that deliver meaningful business insights,
- performing ad‑hoc analyses, data validation, and troubleshooting using SQL,
- collaborating with Analytics Engineers to ensure data models and data marts effectively support reporting and analytical needs,
- creating intuitive data visualizations following BI and data visualization best practices,
- configuring and maintaining row‑level security and tenant‑specific access within BI tools,
- enabling and promoting self‑service analytics across the organization,
- working with modern data platforms to improve reporting standards and the overall analytics experience,
- exploring new approaches to analytics, including embedded analytics and AI‑powered reporting capabilities.
Your profile:
- strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data,
- hands‑on experience with modern BI platforms such as Amazon QuickSight, Sigma, Looker, or Power BI,
- experience designing dashboards and reports with a strong focus on usability and effective data visualization,
- good understanding of row‑level security and tenant‑based access control within BI solutions,
- ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective analytical solutions.
Nice to have:
- experience connecting BI tools to a lakehouse architecture using Amazon Athena, JDBC, or Apache Iceberg
- familiarity with self‑service analytics and embedded analytics solutions,
- understanding of data models and data marts, allowing effective collaboration with Analytics Engineers,
- experience with Sigma (Input Tables, Sigma Tenants, warehouse‑native analytics),
- exposure to AI‑powered or natural‑language analytics solutions ("talk to your data").
