Job Description
Role Overview:
Drive global business growth by managing key export accounts, expanding international customers, and ensuring seamless execution from order confirmation to payment realization while delivering profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of export orders, from confirmation to payment collection.
- Manage key international accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive business development by acquiring new importers and expanding market share.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Monitor account P&L, margins, receivables, claims, and DSO.
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, logistics, and finance teams for seamless execution.
- Resolve customer issues and claims while protecting business margins.
- Identify market opportunities through trade data, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Build long-term relationships with importers across global markets.
- Travel internationally as required to strengthen customer relationships and develop new business.
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, Key Account Management, or Export Operations.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, international trade, and payment terms (LC, DA, DP, TT).
- Proven experience managing global customers and export order execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis for business insights.
- Experience in Fruits & Vegetables, Agri Exports, FMCG, or Food Exports is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
