About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive (DTC) to drive traffic and sales for our DTC Global Official Store in Europe. You will be responsible for developing and executing off-site marketing strategies across key European channels to engage targeted consumers and lead them to our store for higher conversions.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement data-driven off-site marketing strategies tailored to the European market, with a primary focus on driving traffic to the DTC Global Official Store.Utilize a wide range of marketing channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Pinterest, and local European platforms.Design and oversee the entire customer journey from initial engagement ("seed the interest") to directing users to the store and converting them into buyers, ensuring seamless transitions between stages.Continually optimize the promotion funnel based on performance metrics, such as traffic volume, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV), adjusting campaigns to improve ROI.Oversee the management and optimization of core European online channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Ads, ensuring each channel’s campaign is localized for the European market.Collaborate with local influencers, digital content creators, and industry leaders to increase brand awareness, credibility, and traffic to the official store.Develop detailed channel-specific marketing plans, including targeted content, paid media strategies, and influencer partnerships, to drive qualified traffic to the online store.Build and maintain a robust tracking system to measure and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), etc.).Use data insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, including ad targeting, creative assets, and bidding strategies, ensuring each marketing initiative is both cost-efficient and effective in generating conversions.Conduct regular post-campaign reviews to improve promotional strategies and refine future initiatives.Work closely with internal teams to ensure promotional efforts align with store campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities.Ensure all marketing materials and content remain consistent with the brand’s visual identity, messaging, and customer experience guidelines.Manage relationships with external partners (influencers, media platforms, local service providers) and coordinate resources to support campaign initiatives across various channels.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.3-5 years of experience in off-site DTC marketing in Europe. Expertise in mainstream European channels, with a proven ability to lead campaigns and deliver measurable results.Successful case studies in European off-site marketing (e.g., creating viral content on Facebook/Instagram, precision Google Ads campaigns, influencer collaborations) with quantifiable outcomes.Deep market insight with the ability to create precise strategies based on DTC models and European market dynamics. Understands the challenges and trends in the European market.Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and platform analytics to uncover key insights and guide optimization.Strong ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure timely, high-quality execution.Self-starter with the ability to independently plan and execute promotional activities, responding quickly to market needs.Effective communicator, capable of collaborating across departments and managing external partnerships.A strong understanding of DTC models and the European online market, and alignment with the brand’s direct-to-consumer philosophy.Familiarity with European data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced environments.Experience with DTC brands in the smart home industry in the European market is a plus.
